Standard shipping is free on all orders. 

Domestic ( USA )

We know what it’s like to be waiting so we try and process shipments ASAP. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. We do ask you to allow us 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. 

Of course! We like things fast too. FedEx 2 Day Air is available for domestic orders only, and will not ship until the following business day. FedEx 2 Day Air delivery does not include weekends or holidays.

We do not ship to PO boxes, UPS mailboxes, or military bases.

International ( Outside USA )

The customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and return shipping. The prices shown on our website do not include these fees. Please check your local customs site for more information.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date.

Currently, we do not offer expedited international shipping. However, we ship all international orders via express service so you will typically receive your order within 3-8 business days, and sometimes quicker!

We are sad you have to ask, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your LAbel Society item. 

Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help and love feedback! We offer free shipping on all U.S. returns. We accept returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of your ship date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags attached. 
  • We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from railsclothing.com and not from other retailers.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gifted items are eligible for store credit only and must meet all previously mentioned return criteria.
  • Returns will only be accepted with a completed return form or a copy of your invoice.
  • All exchanges must be of equal or lesser value (exchanges placed for items priced at lesser value will be refunded the difference in cost via the payment method provided at the time of purchase).
  • ALL face masks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Items purchased using a 30% discount code may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.
